In Two Volumes (Volume II Only). Chicago: Sears Roebuck, 1907, 264 pages plus illustrated catalog at end with photographs of houses and plans along with prices for those plans. Silver decorated title on green boards. Some slight loss of silver. Someone has drawn in pencil some interesting housing plans on the inside cover and front end paper. Tight binding and clean pages throughout. Overall a very good copy that is fully illustrated.
Part I of this volume deals with rules of measurement and use; Part II with polygons and miters; Part III with pitches and roof framing; Part IV with rules and examples, and Part V with questions and answers. The catalog of houses and plans at the rear is worth the price of the volume by itself.
