Fabulite was made popular back in the 1950's to make and treat semi, precious, and sometimes rare stones to give them the, prismatic reactions to light. Gave the stone the, fire and appeal under light. Strontium Titnate was then, Discovered naturally around 1982.
Differentiating the stones: you'll see bubbles, occlusions, and more often than not, they will be scratched.
This is an estate find from a retired jeweler.  The stones are antique and vintage New never used/mounted stones in original packaging. see pictures.
