Vintage Betty Taplin beater and bowl set (toy) 1949. The advertisement for this toy notes that the beaters are made to work as smoothly as the best adult's eggs beater. Metal parts are made of steel and nickel plated. Handles are wood enameled in red. The bowl is a No. 5 is made of strong glass, accurately graduated up to 4 ounces. It serves as a practical measuring cup. The wood paint is a little faded as shown in the photos. The glass has "Betty Taplin" on the bottom and "Made in USA". Hard to capture a picture of this but did my best. This has been in my family for the entire time. From non smoking home. Please ask before bidding as I do not accept returns.
